Chiaroscuro Pictures + Selfie
We're learning about values and how light affects subjects and were to find three pictures that represented chiaroscuro (light/dark). I chose one still from Nosferatu of the main man himself.
I then looked for two more in Citizen Kane since that movie had a lot of contrast between the light and the shadows making it an iconic, yet boring movie.
The homework was to recreate only one and I chose to recreate Nosferatu's because it seemed different and scary. And while I am not scary, I tried my best to recreate it. I used the light from my laptop to light myself accurately.
